Andrew & band are hard at work in the studio right this very moment, crafting the next musical release, a collection of The Handsome Family tunes titled ‘Things Are Really Great Here, Sort Of…’ Andrew first covered The Handsome Family in 2003, with ‘Don’t Be Scared’ on Weather Systems. This release will include a new version of the Weather Systems tune, Andrew’s take on ‘Far From Any Road’, the theme song from the HBO series True Detective + many more.
‘Things Are Really Great Here, Sort Of…’ is available June 3rd on CD & digitally. LP will be coming late summer 2014.

BONNAROO! One of the most enjoyable festivals we’ve ever come across, Andrew and the Hands of Glory will make a 3rd appearance this year at the farm in Tennessee. Additionally, we’re rescheduling the long cancelled Asheville show at the Orange Peel, returning to one of Andrew’s favorite indoor venues, Chautauqua Auditorium in Boulder, CO, and playing shows here there and everywhere. This is just the first announcement of North American summer shows, so if you don’t see your city listed, there are more coming and to be announced in the coming weeks (east and west coast, I’m talking about you).
